The Susanville Indian Rancheria Housing Authority (“SIRHA”) was established by the Susanville Indian Rancheria in the year 2000, to develop, manage and maintain affordable housing and housing programs to benefit the tribal members of the Susanville Indian Rancheria.
The meetings of the SIRHA Board of Commissioners are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. All SIRHA meetings are open to SIR tribal members. If you would like to appear before the SIRHA board, please contact the SIRHA office or follow the link on the webpage.
The SIRHA office accepts housing applications for rental housing, lease to purchase homes and for the various housing improvement programs. Applications are available at the SIRHA office or may be downloaded through this website.
The SIRHA office is located within the Elder Springs Complex located at 870 Joaquin Street, Suite G, Susanville, California, 96130. Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. We can be reached by phone at 530-257-5033.
